Order policy

  • We do not accept order cancellations after 24 hours.

    • Bespoke and furniture orders may not be returned or exchanged.

    • Due to the nature of the bespoke items we make, we cannot accept returns for changes in dimensions.

    • In the event of a return, customers are responsible for all return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer may responsible for any loss in value.

    • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving regarding any questions with the delivery of your order.
