We do not accept order cancellations after 24 hours.

Bespoke and furniture orders may not be returned or exchanged.
Due to the nature of the bespoke items we make, we cannot accept returns for changes in dimensions.
In the event of a return, customers are responsible for all return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer may responsible for any loss in value.
